How do you ensure your chocolate is 100% slave-free?
We follow five sourcing principles: using 100% traceable beans, paying a higher price, strengthening farmer cooperatives, engaging in long-term direct relationships, and improving quality and productivity.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location and customs processing.
Will my chocolate melt during transit?
We monitor weather conditions closely. During warmer months, we use insulated packaging and cold packs to ensure your bars arrive in perfect, solid condition.
Are your products suitable for vegans?
While our dark chocolate bars (70% and 51%) are made without dairy ingredients, they are produced on the same equipment as our milk chocolate. Please check the specific ingredient labels for allergen information.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Our bars are unequally divided to represent the inequality in the chocolate industry, reminding every chocolate lover that the profits are not shared fairly among cocoa farmers.
